Share will be available for pick-up mid February.

Our Pricing:

$7.50 per pound, hanging weight, for a whole or half share. We ask for a $500 nonrefundable deposit to secure your share. Your deposit is taken off the final invoice made payable to the farm.

A whole beef averages about 500-600 pounds. Once they are butchered and cleaned up, they lose about 40% of that weight. That leaves the hanging weight. This is the weight that we charge you. 

Average hanging weight for a half beef share ranges between 250-350 pounds, yielding approximately 150-200 pounds of meat for your freezer. 

Butcher Fee Breakdown:

• Mobile on Farm Slaughter: $125
• Cut & Wrap: $1.15/lb. Hanging weight

There are many variables that play into the actual finished weight such as the size of the beef cow, and how you choose to have the meat processed and packaged.

Reserve your beef share with a deposit. We will invoice you for the balance once your animal is harvested. Your total cost will be determined by the exact weight of your beef and any specialty cuts. Half & Whole Beef shares are custom cut to your specifications.
