About our Eggs:
Our pasture-raised chicken eggs are hand harvested and sold by the dozen, offering exceptional freshness and quality from hens raised on regeneratively managed pastures. Our chickens live in a mobile coop system and are moved to fresh grass every two days, where they forage for new bugs and natural vegetation while following our dairy herd through a rotational grazing program. In addition to their diverse pasture diet, they receive a non-GMO grain ration with no corn or soy. This management approach supports healthy birds, healthy soil, and nutrient-dense eggs. All eggs are carefully washed and processed in our on-farm washing facility and are produced under an Oregon Department of Agriculture Egg Handler's Permit, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality from our family farm to your table.
